Using This Website

The information on this site is general information about selling a house in South Florida. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Laws, codes and city rules change, so check anything that affects your sale with a licensed attorney, accountant or the city or county involved.

Offers and Property Information

Submitting a form, calling or texting us does not create a contract. Any offer we make is not binding until both sides sign a written purchase agreement. You agree that the property information you send us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Our Internal Software

Some tools we run connect to outside services (for example, our accounting software) for our own business use only. They are not offered to the public. Access is limited to authorized Future Generation Homes staff. Data those tools read from outside services stays on our own systems and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
