My name is Marlon Bellmas. I was born and raised in Miami. This is my city. I grew up here, I built my career here, and I started Future Generation Homes here because I wanted to do something that actually mattered for the people in my community.

When I finally made the jump and launched Future Generation Homes in 2021, everything clicked. I named the company during a brainstorming session with my mom, and the name stuck because it captures exactly what we are building. Something that lasts.
